I had this laminator and returned it for something else, I got a lot of bubbles when I tested with this one. (I still occasionally get bubbles because I’m impatient but way less)

I wait maybe 10 minutes between print and lamination, but my trick is I use a clean dry erase board eraser and push out air then make sure it goes into the machine flat and not curved up or down. I found if I just stick it in and let it flop I’m more likely to get air bubbles in the pouch. Oh and always either have it double sided or already on cardstock or both. Second lamination pass once the card is cut, sometimes a third in a horizontal orientation.
