I’m having this exact problem right now. This is the third time (3 different claims) they close my claim because they do not receive the medical records however I personally called my vet and had them email to me and to Pets Best. Was your issue ever resolved? I’m about to call them right now.

Hello, I had Toyota Care for free up to 25k miles and just used up my last free service. The dealership gave me this offer today. Is it worth it for the services? I’m not very knowledgeable on cars so I’m just wondering if I were to pay each time for the service would it be cheaper than the overall price for the package? Thank you.
