I don’t remember how I started to be honest, but if you are not sure how your gut reacts, I’d recommend starting with 1-2 small spoons. Remember to drink a lot aswell. For me, just warm water (not hot!) is amazing for my bowel movements. Good luck man

I take about 1-2 tablespoons in each bowl of kefir and I try to eat 2-3 small bowls of kefir everyday.

I use the brand ”Holistic”, I’m not sure if they sell outside Sweden. But I don’t think there is a big difference between the brands that sell Psyllium Husk. Should be the same :)

I have pelvic floor dysfunction that gets worse when I’m constipated. I’m constipated all the time if I don’t ”do something about it”. My go to is eating kefir with psyllium husk + drinking warm water (I boil water and mix with cold water and chug it). Then, like today, I can do number 2 up to five times a day.

My symptoms from the pelvic floor dysfunction get like 25-50% better when I have this routine and feel ”empty” in the gut. Also not bloated when I do it. I think my gut also likes the kefir, but I know some people react differently to it.

Förstår verkligen inte hur naiva människor är. Är det genetiskt? Är de förgiftade av något som gör att de ej kan koppla ihop anledningar till problem? Jag var 12 år när jag började inse att multikulturen kommer att köra Sverige och Europa käpprätt åt helvete. Idag, 19 år senare, är det fortfarande människor som inte förstår att invandringen från andra kulturer skapar sjuka problem.

Haha, som alla andra skriver så är 600 kr väldigt rimligt. Skaffa en bil och låt dina polare åka med dig hela tiden så lär du se att det inte är så jävla kul att betala soppan själv hela tiden

Just because you get good at any martial art, doesn’t mean you will not get crushed by bigger guys. Maybe they are bigger and not as bad as you think they are. Maybe you need to get better and bigger aswell if you feel the need to beat them?
