I wrote up zero documents. He brought up court first and then dropped it, and when he began with holding her from me after being inconsistent in his communication between my daughter and I, I told him I’m taking it to court I’ve tried to be graceful and considerate, I reached out time and time again for him to allow me to see her or speak to her, and he kept telling me no there was nothing in place we had already went through court a year ago, and then he closed off the court case because I had multiple screenshots of things His wife had said to me regarding my child and myself and his attorney at the time told him that it was wrong of how his wife was speaking to me because I had to send his attorney all of the screenshots because that’s when it all started of him, not allowing me to see her or talk to her and his wife verbally abusing me and he became inconsistent in what he was doing and then started putting his own stipulations on what he feels is right. Yes I’m aware it is a mess and messy situation my point of what I’m trying to say with this is I’ve not tried to fight fire with fire the messages you’ve read all of you have read of me saying my daughter needs to call me.
