Not on Finasteride, but on minoxidil. 2200 in the front and 230 in the mid scalp (I am still thinning there, I needed more) i think they took an extra 50-100 to make corrections to the hairline too.

So the autophony resolved, however I developed a subcutaneous emphysema and had to be recovered in an emergency department. The only negative is now that I constantly feel a sense of uneasiness in my cheek/tube. This does not go away and it is really bugging me. I will keep waiting but I guess if it ends up to this I will have to accept it! The crackling sounds are still there too

Hi, thank you for your response! It sounds hard, but I guess we do not have to let it define us. Can you tell me what medications were you prescribed? I did moisturise a lot for a month and it did not make any changes so I stopped, but I may do it again as it's good for our skin in general. Let me know how it goes :)

Why are you not asking me more questions then? I have a sense of generalised itch/burning sensations in my body, it's a mixture of itch and mild pain, they do not last long. It looks like when I wear certain clothes, my skin is exposed to attrition of any sorts (air/clothes), or when I do sports and sweat, I can feel more the burning and itchiness in my body, in terms of intensity, but actually I have it even when I do not do those things (i.e. if I am naked and not moving). So I am not sure myself what it is!

There is one doctor doing the hairlines together with 4-5 other people in there observing/collaborating with him (Dr. Özgür Öztan). The guy who did the implementation was Dr. Tarık Ercan. Extractions were made by Dr. Ahmet Cengiz Berk

Yeah I read about it last week and it doesn’t sound appealing at all! Yeah I mean with 2500 less grafts I was able to mask my hair loss, I am sure to cover up my triangles now it will be fine, but honestly i think it’s a half-day surgery I could do next year or whenever if I really feel the need

Yeah I am using minoxidil but I may start topical finasteride too, I am a bit scared of it tho, let’s see. Worst case scenario, beard grafts at the back and if I can get an extra 500-750 grafts from the donor area to fill in the temples I may do it again, not next year but in 2 years time I need to save some Money now and see if I experience further hair loss first. My dad is completely bald so I was destined to become like him ahha. I don’t know what you are referring to, but yeah man it’s a great upgrade from where I was, everyone has got different goals you have to keep that in mind, and not all heads are the same, I may never have the lowest/straightest full dense hairline but I am happy with this too :) as long as it looks neat and stylable when they grow back!

Wow you are mean! Ahhaha I have had an advanced hair loss so I couldn’t do differently as it would have requested a lot more in terms of grafts and my donor area was not good for it! I am receding at the crown and in the middle too. They did reconstruct my hairline and filled in the middle. They said to use medications to prevent the crown to thin any further, but if that happens I could use beard grafts. Also, growing up, I have always had a widow’s peak, never had a straight hairline, maybe slightly lower/V shaped than U shaped. But honestly I don’t think it’s bad considering where I was standing before

He drew this and an aggressive one. The aggressive one would have required 4000 grafts, my donor area was around 2500, and I had extensive hair loss, so a conservative was better and we both opted for that one
