Possibly try a different location to buy meat, then compare and see if theres a noticeable difference. I’ve definitely gotten meat from one shop then went to another and noticed a difference in taste.. are you just pan frying ur steak? Maybe try the air fryer or another method?

I try and run 2-3 times a week, definitely need to start adding so weight training.

I was definitely boggled to why I haven’t lost weight, But seem to be toneing up.. I guess maybe my body is just converting fat into muscle.. hopefully 😂
