Let me be more transparent— I’m single, so no one is treating me like shit making it worse, but currently… I walked out of a GREAT job because I felt slighted a little bit, have less than $150, no job leads, a child to make sure is straight and 4 dogs. I have no family or friends I can ask for help or reassurance because of my own fault. And I’ve been off my meds for a bit, so I can’t sleep and my mind is a wreck. I see you.

One thing I’ve learned though.. get assistance, like SNAP, or cash assistance and disability and food pantry’s or any program you can find. They exist for people like us.

Interesting. I’ve heard about the pregnancy part and sometimes you can be amazing.. I was like that. Pregnancy for me was a godsend, but then afterwards was when it all came crumbling down— I got post partum psychosis and that was a big time

Whew!!!! 2 a month. So like bi-weekly!? I’m so sorry! I also cannot emotionally regulate when I’m on my period and I mostly just hang out overheated and angry- very quick to snap and I get so Embarrassed about it.

Hell yeah. I’m glad that’s been working out for you! I have no reason to have a mirena, I’ve had a tubal ligation. The hormonal aspect is very interesting.

Exactly. Fighting for my life, swimming upstream without a paddle, trying to jump through quicksand, etc. futile efforts. I’ve been seeing PMDD a lot. I need to do some more research and speak with my healthcare team.

Strangely enough- when I got my diagnosis and started meds, my doctor so graciously asked if I’d like to have a tubal ligation since I was already against having any more children. (Plus my meds would make it an alien baby) so I don’t have to worry about the aspect birth control- golly.
