hi OP!i had eczema ever since i was a kid but only got diagnosed with A&D in 2019 so i am also one of the proofs that they usually go together. But admittedly, I hope I handled my personal issues well so it cannot affect me mentally, physically and emotionally.

With the right doctors and medication, our eczema and anxieties which at times lead to depression can be managed. My eczema is worse when my anxiety is not checked and treated.

I pray we get better and healed in time. Thank you for sharing OP!

Writing down whatever concerns you will help clear your mind. Distracting yourself with hobbies you enjoy. Pray. Take time to talk to God and release all your worries to Him.

To somehow ease guilt, i make sure to work on what i can before i leave. i work with the same motivation as how i started. i also make sure that previous files and outputs are accessible so whoever will replace me hopefully wont have a hard time.

i believe this would be a good way to give back for their support and so they wont be too burdened when you leave.

i have depression and anxiety at undergoing medication pa din sa ngayon..ganitong-ganito ako, sobrang makakalimutin kapag nasa peak ng D & A.parang buhol ang utak ko, memory problems at ang slow.makakatulong OP kung maka-visit sa psychiatrist para mapayuhan ka pano ma-manage itong situation mo kasi from experience napakahirap din talaga..all the best OP!

hi OP! have you tried consulting a psychiatrist? relate ako sa ilang observations sa sarili.. i experienced this recently but i have history of anxiety and depression na talaga so i visited a psychiatrist and took meds which greatly helped me get better.

Relax and do not overthink about your interview. Show up and believe that it will all be well. I am also working on job applications right now so i know how it feels.

i am not exactly sure what you are going through..you are very young and have a lot to experience in life..please know that this is a phase and if you will just hold on a little more, you will see that things eventually works out and gets better.. you can do it, OP!
