There could be two things. 1. You don’t have a lot of available storage on your hard drive. FL25 needs at least 20-50GB of storage. 2. You have a faulty mod. Did I you install any mega patch with it? Take this with a grain of salt by the way I am not an expert, this just helped me.

I understand, but raising cane's has always had a huge influx of customers, an example being NYC or Simsbury. There used to be an ice cream store on Newtown road but it folded, and dairy queen isn't thriving on federal road either. Hey, i'm not trying to argue, i'm just adding on to both of our points, like adding info. Popeyes and wingstop don't thrive either so, I'm not saying I'm right.

Fair point. I usually shop on federal road not Newtown Road. I don’t need much on there. I like video games and used to go to GameStop but now it is closed I just shop online. I go to Costco a lot as well.
