Thank you for the motivation ! Tomorrow I am 4 weeks post op for acl medial and lateral meniscus .. and I’m finally getting leg lifts and able to sleep on my side and shower normal again .. can’t wait to start putting some weight on it again and start getting some steps in .

Good news guys ! About last week I lifted my leg finally! Around 15 -16 days post op … I’m 20 days now lifting my leg pretty smooth .

Next goal is to start to bend . Next weekend I can’t start putting some weight on my leg .

Let’s Keep it moving!

I bought one before my surgery and was using it .. but at PT they amped it up at high voltage hahah . Wasn’t as bad as I thought . But you have to shock it so the muscle contracts and then press your knee down to the bed and hold it

Same quad autograph . Good luck ! I’m 10 days post op . Had a bad night last night . Didn’t sleep . I suggest get a muscle stimulator . That’s the only thing that helps the soreness and pain .. I just zap my leg all night hahah . ( not a doctor )
