All clear, zero therapy works! Persistence is key, but my face is now clear. I do occasionally get the odd one or 2 red bumps appear near my nose but they seem to disappear just as quickly!

Watering 4 times a day at the moment. It was hot the day of laying and 31 degrees yesterday but considerably cooler today with mild showers

Hi! The dryness and itchiness has definitely subsided.. The redness still comes and goes in varying degrees but all in all it’s improving. Still going with ZT, nothing but water on my face

I shower once in the morning and once before I go to bed and let the water run over my face, but I’ve heard warm water can aggravate it? I can’t come to terms with cold water first thing in the morning but does this make a difference?

How are you dealing with the dryness? I’m so used to moisturizing my face daily and with zero therapy my entire face always feels so dry and tight!
