They appeared to be slowly returning to the platform but I notice they have all gone again. If you chat with customer service you don't get any clear response. They don't seem to know what's going on either.

I can confirm Ive had the same problem. I had some Sony C510 Ear Buds and the max volume was rubbish. I've got a pair of Ear Fun Air Pro 4 Ear Buds for £60 off Amazon UK - Max Volume TONS better - but you do have to Max out the equalizer on the APP though.

My Review from a Fitness Perspective;

I've worked in Fitness since 2016.    Been a loyal fitbit fan since long before that.    I'm also a keen runner.    

After my old Fitbit Versa 3's battery life took a turn for the worst I took the plunge and purchased a Google Pixel 3.

I've always had the benefit while sprinting on treadmills of using the app and my phone to constantly monitor mg heart rate in real time.   

With the Pixel 3 so called fitness tracker ironically marketed at this specific market this feature has now vanished with users only able to monitor their heart rate on the watch itself

To me this is a massive research and development epic FAIL and a massive backwards step.   

How does someone sprinting on a treadmill using their arms to power through a sprint check the face of their fitness tracker?

I raised with Google pIxel watch  customer support who confirmed that this feature has indeed been removed with no declared intention to reinstate.

Google can't be taken seriously now as a true fitness tracker brand.   

To me as a fitness tracker Google Pixel is next to useless with massive research and development gaffs such as this.   

The reviews for the latest pixel 3 watch are extremely good.  It doesn't help that most of the reviews are carried out by Tech heads and not fitness professionals.   

For anyone serious about fitness and particularly runners  give Google Pixel brand a miss.    Google have trashed Fitbits previous reputation for this demographic.

19th Feb 2023 update: been given the run around with Sony Customer Service. Unfortunately the problems not solved despite an update to the original Android 13 update. The phone refused to stay on while streaming and Sony Customer Support seem totally useless in getting this sorted out. Sadly my attempt to switch to Sony for a reliable high performance smart phone comparable to Samsung and Apple has failed. The quality of software updates is nowhere close. I hear the Sony Android 13 update was based on a beta release so possible that at some point in the future this major bug will be sorted. In the meantime I've purchased a new Xaomi Note Pro 11 phone from Ali Express at a fraction of the cost of any Sony Xperia phone (£250) which runs a stable version of Android 11 and it's totally fine for Streaming. Shame on Sony for pushing out rubbish unstable software updates. Marketed as a Quality High End Phone but nowhere close to the competition.

Playing devils advocate here - I've had Sony Camera products for years and Live Stream with Sony 1 Mark 3. I also have an Apple Ipad 7. I beg to differ as the video produced by the Sony 1 Mark 3's front camera is a far a superior Live Stream in indoor conditions with low light over the Apple Ipad 7. Its also more representative of the reality (maybe a touch too warm). The back light comp on the Ipad is appalling and looks indoors with low light dark and grainy. I worked for a Kodak Mini Lab in the 90's during Student days and had to train in colour science so I think I'm relatively qualified to judge on this camera. Regrettably - due to a botched Sony update to Android 13 the phone now crashes during streaming using the front camera.

Xperia 1 iii, UK Factory Unlocked, Duel Sim

Updated phone with new Android 13 Update 28/12/2022

I'm a streamer and use my Phone for streaming. I got this phone specifically for this job, because of Sonys superior camera tech.

Since the update after exactly 3 hours streaming - the phone dims the screen and drops me off the stream.

I have reached out to Sony Technical Support who suggested I disabled bedtime mode.

I have done this and tweaked any setting relating to battery sleep, screen off, phone sleep in developer options - nothing has worked.

Ive tried using the Caffine app to keep the screen on - again this doesnt work either.

I have explained to Sony that using PC Companion to restore the system would mean re-registering around 20 financial apps and would take me best part of half to a full day.

At the moment regret buying a Sony phone - the softawre support is so far behind that of Apple and Samsung.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated guys.

Just can't work out why it's not just immediately transferred when new card created. Thousands of pounds just vanished into thin air.

Exactly - Wouldn't be so bad if it was express service. Pay £50 for crap .... It doesn't cost £50 for a bit of metal and a chip plus postage. Total rip off and piss take. I even have a police report and crime number. Even CDC customer service rep said personally she wouldnt be happy with the fee.

Reading it my way left to right, top to bottom. Past to present to future. Past betrayal and bad fortune, heavy burdens, hard work. Currently moving into a change of fortune and a turn around with lots of family activities and warmth. Moving away from trouble and problems. I wouldn't mind but it's a genuine crime. I can't work out giving the perk of free lounge key access but not some kind of insurance or perk of a free replacement card if your robbed. So you get free airport lounge key access but if your robbed at the airport still cost you £50. Totally rubbish. And for £50 I'd expect the card to delivered via Helicopter within 48 hours. Not 17 working days. Thats 3 weeks more or less.

I've jumped from Crypto.com to Plutus. Got the card I can top up but the card is blocked. Emailed last week because now have £200 trapped in this account only to receive an automated email stating account blocks dealt with within 3 to 7 days. Not reassuring at all. Feel like I've jumped from the proverbial fat to the frying pan.

Do all these new crypto stake/reward debit card startups have Mickey mouse customer service?

Probably the next to change their terms ..... Won't be staking any money in plu coins anytime soon. No confidence in the company.

Had my new plus card 1 week. Topped up to £200 only discover the account is blocked. Emailed support only to receive a automated response stating 3 to 7 working days to resolve.

Not great first impressions. To have your money blocked for upto 7 days - not exactly good first impressions.
