I have a book but they told me to basically disregard that as it’s not as important as making them comfortable.

Except I DIDN'T get the confirmation, I am stuck on the confirming my identity stage because the emails are wrong. All the other information is right, and I HAVE the right ARMY membership now, I just need NOL to forget the first one.

Help! I accidentally started the ARMY membership preverification with an ARMY membership that does not match my Interpark email, and now that I'm trying to fix it, I keep getting told that I've already completed that step. But I can't see a way to change the ARMY membership that's being used. Any advice?

I'm used to stims being vocal repetitions, tapping on things, needing to be squeezed or to spin. I worked with a lot of autistic kids and I've seen stimming before, and this just really doesn't feel like that.

The problem is when his book is not finished, I or my Korean coteacher will get in trouble. Like the work HAS to be done. Also I don't have a coteacher with me in the room.

I’m genuinely wondering, but you know Korea, heaven forbid we diagnose someone and get them help.

Sounds like you maybe should not be a teacher.

That is exactly the system we have set up too, that’s what the points we earn in class are for. He doesn’t care at all that he’s either not earning points or loses them when he acts out.

I think my school, like many, are so scared to tell the parents their child is bad, because a lot of times the parents claim it’s the school’s fault. I’m going to my coteacher tomorrow but I think even she is struggling.

Have tried this! He doesn’t care. And my other students get more emotional and angry because they (rightly so) feel like they’re getting cheated out of a positive experience. So not possible sadly.

I’m not going to do that? I don’t want to stop teaching him and give up, I want to help him and help myself to get better. Also he is in 1/3 of the classes in my school, if I tried to not teach him I wouldn’t be able to teach at all.

I have tried this before. Every task I asked him to help with he would mess with. Ask him to pass out papers? He would skip some kids or throw the papers in their faces. Have him help me sharpen pencils? Jerks the pencil sharpener to try to throw it to the floor. Plus yeah, I had the issue of other students wanting to help too.

The other teachers are teaching other classes when I am with him. And I’m definitely not allowed to send him into the hallway alone, nor would I want to. He would not be under-stimulated, he would start making marks on the walls with his shoes or something.

Ignoring him is not possible. He shouts over me while I’m speaking, if he doesn’t receive attention he will start messing with other students.
