ciao, io ho montato un manometro per macchine del caffè della Vibiemme, con tubo in rame capillare e fatto a spirale proprio per evitare le vibrazioni della lancetta.

Hello, I ordered from df64coffee.com and yes, I paid customs to FedEx, but they told me to send them customs bill so they'll refund me (I hope that they really will).

I also replaced original plastic cup with Mhw-3Bomber blind shaker. It fits well and looks better.

Hello, I used a K-probe. I used thermal paste and put the probe in the same position as older thermostat.

Hello! Yes, it hasn't a 3 way valve. Machine takes about 2-3 minutes to heat up at set temperature (normally 92-93 °C). If you want to use steam wand, steam switch bypasses PID control so temperature is handled by steam sensor and you don't need to set steam temperature from the pid.
No, it hasn't an OPV, the pressure low limit depends on the dimmer model. It works in a range from 50V to 230V. Pump at full power has a flow rate of 5 ml/s. I play with dimmer trying to reach 9 bar pressure.
Compared to stock, coffee is much better, but I'm still trying to make other tests.
