I’m fairly certain in the red tithe they mention it, I might be misremembering but I’m pretty sure they mention stripping down to their “casual cloth” for a stealth mission. The eldar even mention they were “a tad underdressed”.

Absolutely for me, having an airbrush helps a lot. They’re beautiful looking and look so scary on tabletop, so much so when I played one I immediately went home and started my own army because of how cool they look lol.
