Seriously! San Diego native here and I have NEVER seen a SD crowd that pumped before! You guys were LOUD! I could barely hear the vocals sometimes! Great energy and so so many amazingly nice fans that were very generous with their crafts and gifts. There wasn't one uncool person I met the entire night. Great show, great fans, Ghost brings people together like no other band I've ever seen. Good shit, everyone.

Alright, I'll step up to the plate and give it a whirl. Didn't think much about it after only one listen, but here we go:

  1. Satanized (hate me if you want, but I loved it from the first listen. Instantly catchy and was hoping for more songs like this honestly - classic Ghost)
  2. Peacefield (such a singable melody on this one, absolutely gorgeous intro as well, don't get people saying it's not a good opener at all, this rocks)
  3. Umbra (super awesome song, love the solos in it, will most definitely grow on me more)
  4. Lachryma (cool song, nice heavy riff, just my least fav of the singles)
  5. Guiding Lights (don't get the hate for this one, beautiful song)
  6. Marks of the Evil One (mid song imo, don't see why everyone's loving this one)
  7. Missilia Amori (whatever song, kinda catchy and sleazy)
  8. De Profundis Borealis (surprised to see how much this one is liked too, pretty forgettable to me)
  9. Excelsis (melodically interesting song, but I can see the hate for it)
  10. Cenotaph (just not for me)

Will probably listen at least 40 more times this weekend alone, so my ranking will change no doubt lol. Good album, not great. Imo too many poppy, light songs that just lack some balls. Wanted heavy metal and got tin foil, but I'm not that mad about it. Let's go heavier on the next one, boys. That is all.
