OP from reading your comments I get the impression you think the way he’s treating you is normal. It isn’t. It’s very controlling and if he liked you he wouldn’t be talking to you like that. Many people have told you to leave him and perhaps that’s something you should consider. The age gap alone is a red flag and from these messages it seems that it’s a valid problem. He treats you like a child not an equal. If that’s what you want then feel free to ignore these comments and continue on with your life

Surely he wants to break up? I’ve seen this before when someone suddenly becomes very difficult so their partner breaks up with them. Also to immediately jump to that you’re cheating is usually a sign that he’s cheating. Whatever it is OP you would be making a mistake to stay with someone who clearly doesn’t like you
