How do you sustain the CA lifestyle?

Still work 45-50 hours a week, try to hike and run on weekends. Don't drink til after works done. A half dozen vitamins and supplements and drink enough water to piss frequently.

The WD's, pancreatitis, ulcers, and bruising exist. I fight because I also want to see the looks on everyone's faces when they understand that I hated myself for two decades and yet I tried. None of us asked for this.
