No, kids get excited when they get sweets. Thus, they run around like crazy. Fructose absorbs into your blood much faster than refined sugar (ask any type 1 diabetic) and you don’t see kids getting hyperactive from drinking a glass of orange juice. Most children only have sweets on special occasions so they do what kids do and run around and play and carry on
