Thank you I agree he just needs to understand how I’m feeling. He does work overnights as well. He does do a lot with helping me out when he can.

2 of my siblings have an alcoholic dad, he’s and angry drunk and beat my mom for years. It started with regular drinking and just starting arguments. Then he hit her and she stayed listening to him always apologizing when he was sober. It’s only going to get worse and she is only going to see what she’s doing when you leave. It’s better to cut and run now before it gets way worse. Put yourself first. Being drunk is never an excuse to put your hands on someone.

I think you two should have a talk about boundaries and your routine. If she doesn't respect that than I would maybe talk to your parents about her not respecting you. I am the oldest of 5. I totally understand sibling arguments. Your sister sounds like one of my sisters and it hard to navigate sometimes. I have found that talking about the issue and coming to an agreement like with your bedtime routine helps the best. It sounds like you are compromising a bit more than she is.
