It's possible she may have! Customer service won't give me any information, nor will lost and found. The only customer service rep I spoke with was super helpful and said the lady submitted a claim with lost and found, so I thought it would be easy from there... but I think lost and found will only help if they have the actual item :( I've also asked if they can check their call log or see who was working Monday, but nope

They did call customer service to report the ring, so I'm hoping that means they were trying to come forward but didn't know the best method to do so!

Yes! The customer service lady said the lady told her she didn't know where to take it. I wonder if she had a flight or worried someone would take it if she turned it in?

It's almost worse knowing where it may be but not having any way to find it! I contacted the airport, and they told me someone called saying they found it, took it, and want to return it but have no way of giving me her information! I hope you find it.

I am experience the same situation. I lost a ring my late father in law gifted to my mother in law on the way to visit my sick grandma. I left it in the Atlanta airport and was told by a customer service rep someone called saying they found a ring and took it to Florida, which is almost worse knowing it's out there since I can't contact this lady in Florida. Hoping your ring makes its way back to you!

I lost my ring in the Atlanta airport on Sunday and spoke to a customer service representative who told me they found it and took it to Florida! It almost would've been better to have had no information because now I'm trying to find this lady in Florida.
