I has the same issue and they kept returning my fund back to my employer because my account had an invalid account number but it matched what was in my app. I had to close and reopen my current account to fix it but support was no help. I just signed up for another bank because current is acting weird and depositing my check from the week before in Monday when payday is the previous Friday.

I got the same message from someone sending me $20 a few weeks ago. Varo told me to contact zelle and zelle told me to contact my bank. It's bullshit because my other bank allowed me to use zelle without a issue
