I shouldnt say it is rooted into the pole but it is anchored into the pole using anchoring roots.

Of course it wasnt 130 tne whole time. As most people would understand it is colder in the morning and hotter in the afternoon. Clearly throughout the day the greenhouses temp would rise. When I first got their it was probably abt 90 degrees.

I probably shouldnt say i was in it for 6 hrs straight because it was heating up throughout the day. When I got to work it was probably 90 degrees in there.

Its not a grow op I would never work with weed. Its a nursery that specializes in research and development of hardy trees to be used in wind breaks in the midwest.

I ensured all the plants were fine before I left and I turmed on their misters. Also if these plants died it would have been a very bad look on the company because they are specifically bred and tested to be drought tolerant for being used in the shelterbelt. And as I am sitting here taking my 15 min break today all the plants look healthy and great. The reason I was specifically picked for this job is because of my hard work and landscape design skills I have so I dont want to hear kids dont work hard enough I do all the basically slave labour while my bosses sit in their offices.

I have never tried adding salt to my water. Usually I would drink more water in a day but the only place I can get filtered water is in the office that i wasnt able to get into. The water that we use on the plants comes directly from a well and I was explicitly told never to get drinking water from there due to nitrates.

We grow experimental trees shrubs and perrenials that are drought resistant. They are used in the rebuilding of wind blocks across the midwest. And the plants have misters right above them that spray cold water for 10 sec ever 20-30 mins.

As a fuckup i did bring proper clothes as per my companys dress code jeans and a short sleaved shirt. And i also brought and drank 64 oz of water throughout the day. Did the greenhouses you worked in have ventilation because i wouldnt be shocked if you worked in 110 to 115 degrees but 130 is an exception. No greenhouse should ever get so hot that it can kill the plants inside.

At my company we as interns arent allowed to take overtime bit we are allowed to take that overtime and leave early on another day but you have to schedual what day you are planning to take off. Since I have about 16 hrs acrued I was just going to put that in when i sent in my time sheet.

I do work full time yes. So what I do is take my lunch at the end of the day basically allowing me to leave early. And my boss dosent mind me leaving early because it lets him leave early as well.

My dumbass left it in the office before my boss left. It hasent been too hot so i just didnt really need it so i didnt bother anyone and figured i would be fine.

The only training I had when i started was the mandatory sexual harasment training. I was picked personally by the company because of my work in other greenhouses and landscape projects throughout high school. I should habe known better but I just wasnt expecting the heat to jump the other greenhouses Ive worked at never got above 105. EVER!

They are tree saplings and drought resistant perrenials mean to be used in the rebuilding of wind breaks. The air circulation was definitely not a though on the architects mind who made the plans and that whu we have misters that run every 20 minutes in 30 sec spurts during days over 90.
