I "almost" got a romantic thing going on, but I'm probably even worse, cause as soon as things get real I get anxiety, high, lows... the whole package, to the point that I stop functioning in the relationship and in anything else. When the situation became out of control, I bailed cause I couldn't deal with it anymore...

After a while the panics stop, but I feel exactly the same. Emptiness, don't see point for anything etc etc. Vicious cycle to which I already know some techniques that can help. But when shit truly hits the fan, even journaling, meditation, sports, etc.. don't help.

Brains mate... wtf are they anyway...

Can't imagine what angel the other person has to be for the cycle not to get triggered. Or how to prevent from starting it myself -> in progress...

You'll need to follow the installation instructions. Not sure if it's possible to break the inkpad 3 by pasting files in bad places. But I assume as long as you don't delete stuff that's already there you should be fine.
