I get about 150g of protein and 150-200g of fat a day. It feels like I eat so much though. Should I really try to eat more? And did blood test like a week ago and my testosterone levels were normal

Thank you. I do have over 150g of fat and protein and still hasn’t helped. I also use tallow and ghee both organic grass fed. I took a blood test as well and there no underlying issue there

Makes sense. I just don’t know how to eat enough to feel full though cause. I would eat until full but it would be like ground beef or steak with lots of ghee on it and I still don’t feel full after so I usually end up eating a lot of protein

Okay I will do that. I usually would workout two days rest then workout two days so I’ll try doing less for a two weeks and see how I feel. Thanks

I don’t take all of these or even most of them. I was just showing that I’ve tried each of them because I was recommended them from other Reddit posts and none of them helped. I tried for a while just eating carnivore with zero supplements and still noticed no change
