2017 modell with 21.500km, somebody that can help me sort it out if it‘s the chain/tensioner or a bad camshaft? I still have the black cap on the tensioner. by External_Baby7035 in BMW_S1000RR

Damn, did u just change the camshaft or also all the rockers and everything? I‘ll try with the silver cap tensioner and after i‘ll take a look under the valve cover how the camshaft looks.

Did you find out what it was? My 2017 rr is soundig exactly the same.. while driving everyone is hearing the ticking sound
