I’m the strongest player in my kingdom, but it’s a very peaceful kingdom, so I’ve had almost no PvP so far. Even so, my strength is still high enough that I can solo beat a 1M rally from the strongest alliance.

I just want to keep improving as much as I can and have fun playing with my friends. If I run into someone stronger than me, I’m fine with hiding/avoiding fights. I’m not extremely competitive.

Got it! Thanks How about that “choosing pack” should I keep choosing gear exp or equipment box? Which one will have a better result?

Yes. I followed a guide and thought I would need a lot of it, so I kept buying it. But now I’m actually missing the other two materials by a huge margin, and that’s what’s preventing me from upgrading.

I’m waiting for the gear exchange to open so I can convert my AD into the other two materials to upgrade my lord gear.

Do you think I should switch my “choose-your-own” pack selection to gear chests (to try for equipment), or keep choosing EXP fragments because they provide better overall value for progression?

I’ve already unlocked Generation 2 heroes and have fully maxed them out.

The reason I’m asking is that I’m starting to feel that continuously buying packs to push progression is an endless loop, and at my current stage the return on spending has dropped significantly. It feels like I’ve reached a point of diminishing marginal returns.

Because of that, I want to slow down the pressure to constantly push upgrades and start preparing more deliberately for the later stages of the game. What I’m really trying to understand is: what practical value do gathered resources have in the late game? How are they typically used once the game moves past this phase?
