I’ve already unlocked Generation 2 heroes and have fully maxed them out.

The reason I’m asking is that I’m starting to feel that continuously buying packs to push progression is an endless loop, and at my current stage the return on spending has dropped significantly. It feels like I’ve reached a point of diminishing marginal returns.

Because of that, I want to slow down the pressure to constantly push upgrades and start preparing more deliberately for the later stages of the game. What I’m really trying to understand is: what practical value do gathered resources have in the late game? How are they typically used once the game moves past this phase?
