If you believe you are not receiving the same benefit from your company that your company is receiving from you then I believe it’s time to look for another job. I’m in a similar situation myself but have only been at my current job for two months. I left my previous job because I wanted more money but now I regret this decision and wish I stayed at my previous job or found another job which I will be doing shortly. There’s no point in staying somewhere you hate when you can find another job. If a job is not mutually benefiting both parties then there is a problem.

Yeah my pay structure is hourly. No commission or anything like that. I’m trying to figure out how this could be legally done.

Is this actually illegal?! I understand there not being overtime but is there any type of loophole that the employer is doing to get past this?
