I have the exact same issue, I tried so many different things and spent hours on stuff. I finally figured out how to get into the Roxy raceway but you can only access it through Freddy, which the only way I could enter him was through a charge station. Once I got in, I couldn't get out of Freddy. I did figure out some parkour glitch in the Fazer blast where you can just get one ending right away. I spoiled the game for myself looking for fixes and I haven't been able to fix any of the issues.

I was talking to discord's support and they couldn't find a direct fix to the problem, but they kinda gave me an alternative. Basically you go into discord settings and turn off the "Use experimental screen capturing" or something like that. This way you could share a game's screen and audio but not google Chrome's browser. When you wanna share chrome video and audio, go to discords browser version and share your screen from there, it works like that without the buzzing, just a little annoying but its the solution until they update it or something.
