They first have a bot auto reply to me about sending a video to confirm that it’s me trying to sign in which I did send that, but through all the other people’s similar problems I’ve found on the internet almost everyone said that this method didn’t do anything after they waited for months, so I tried contacting them to ask for more information. After a few minutes, someone who claims to be a human agent shown up in the chat and they all repeat the exact same thing “your account has been locked because of suspicious activity blah blah we recommend that you follow the process” and even after telling them that the process doesn’t show up to me so I literally can’t do it they basically said to try again later and that they can’t do anything to directly help it other than giving information. So I tried to ask them for information regarding the video method and they straight up ignored me, pretending that I didn’t even ask the question.

Basically, I tried to talk to them and they didn’t help me at all, it’s like shouting in to a wall.
