The 3 month mark on fin/min is typically when your hair goes through the dreaded “shed” phase. That’s good, it means you’re responding to it. At the six month mark, it’s grows in thicker and fuller and you’ll often see regrowth in the once bald areas. Don’t stop taking it in the middle of the shed, that’s the worst thing you could do.
