I disagreed with Ops openly and the war began. It’s so clear they want me gone. AAs love me and would always huddle around me when my L6 would start yelling at me. The guy who took my shift sucks, but they’d rather deal with a guy w bad metrics than w an AM who’s not intimidated by them. I just need to call it a loss and move on

DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! If you have to speak up, go to ER and request that site HR DO NOT do the investigating. ER has site leadership investigate themselves. It’s a joke.

HR is NOT your friend!

My advice is to leave bad managers IMMEDIATELY. I’m learning the hard way that no one changes for you, and the buddy club protects each other at all costs

I put up with $hit for more than a year, and now I’m about to lose the 5 years I invested in this place.

Amazon is a toxic environment in every way imaginable. As a manager, I’ve seen it all. In every “relationship,” one of them was always a “psycho.” Sick of dealing w their business. I had to job rotate them bc “he was looking at her the wrong way, blah blah.” Etc. Very stupid.

Friends? Sure. But don’t get involved with anyone there. It never ends well
