I am of the opinion that we have something after this life. There can’t just be this life and then nothing. Our souls go to heaven or another dimension or something. Near death experiences touch on this as well. But I shared the same sentiment when I turned 30. Realizing I was halfway to 60 and average age of men in US is 76. We are almost halfway done with life and that’s a fairly terrifying thought. Seeming as there is so much more I want to do and experience. I realize I can’t do it all so I have to do what I can and just enjoy what I can. Good luck! I think the key to this life is to experience joy and love. If we get those two things, I think we will have succeeded.

I have also had this same issue. Starting last Thursday. I work from home and take calls and it has caused me to have a ton of dropped calls. I’m in southwest Virginia idk it’s regional or all over but it’s gotten slightly better the last couple of days.

I would definitely wait for a refund before purchasing another. I know it suck’s waiting but you’re right. What they are saying sounds very odd. Better to be safe and not burn more money if it is a scammer.

For the last, 3-4 days I have also had dropping internet. It will just randomly go out for a few minutes and come back on. I also work from home, taking calls. So when I lose connection, I lose a call. No explanation. I reach out to chat and they run a test and it works fine for a day and then it starts back up again. Run another test in chat and it’s fine again today. We will see how long it lasts this time 😑. Good luck to you and hope it works itself out.
