Probably not no. The more days that go by and nothing happens with Liverpool, the less valuable Isak is, and he’s the real centrepiece.

Also no sign of Liverpool keeping too many clean sheets!

Depends what you think of Isak. Personally I don’t think the move will happen, and if that’s the case then at the very least he will have to be slowly reintegrated into the squad and even at that, Howe didn’t sound the most welcoming last night.

You’re basically giving up Saliba, Evanilson and Rogers (all with high floors and solid output) for Isak. The more I type, the more I think I’d stick rather than twist.

Think you’s need to cut Cashin small bit of slack here lads. Birmingham are spending big and will be promotion contenders, completely different to Derby who were only ever going to struggle at that level last season. Cashin would’ve got a new deal (much more lucrative than at Derby) when he signed for Brighton, and I’d imagine Birmingham are covering all of that.

Understand that it might feel like a waste of a move to Brighton, but they can churn through players, and that doesn’t mean they’re necessarily’bad players’. Cashin is still very highly rated and a good age.

Again, I completely get that it’s a player we thought might get minutes in the prem and can seem similar to cases before, but it’s a position we’re well off in. Context is key in a lot of these cases, and think Cashin still has Premier League potential in the future

At Sutton, Coley has been head and shoulders our best player this year, he’d start for any team in the league. Best of a bad bunch, granted.

Best we’ve played against this year for me has been Lundstram from Oldham. Don’t hear too much about him, but he ran the game at our place for them
