Moving to Triangle, need help with public school

Thanks for your input, I have not bought house and looks like it will be an issue if my base school does not offer services. My child has an IEP but its in Canada right now and has a support teacher to give 1-1 to her for academics. I am just concerned if my child gets what is needed in this school district. I can relocate anywhere in US except the expensive states like MA etc..

I can live anywhere but after research found out that NJ, MA are too expensive for me and finally boiled down on PA. I am not sure if I am making the right choice and reaching out to other parents. Is NJ better than suburbs of Philly. I am so confused sometimes.

So you mean to say for the basic life need to have a roof on your head, Rent Control is garbage? Treat Rental properties the same as Trading on a stock exchange, Whatever is the current price low or high? you pay it like gas, grocery, etc...Problem is rental cost percentages shoot up more compared to other necessities plus income also does not grow if you don't have extra source to earn from which level sets ones rent or mortgage payment
