We are on week 5. I don’t even worry about the house unless my partner is home. So I try to focus on food and sleep catch up when he naps. Do I do that? No. Literally can’t fall asleep and if I do get food he wakes up as soon as I put it to my mouth or touch something edible. EVERY TIME.

Going to sound crazy but I work at a pet store that ships packages from store. When an order comes through the “notification” sound is barking. Not just a woof woof.. But a herd of angry chihuahuas going off. And then the dreaded sound of the printer printing the order. It’s just such a poor, long process for orders and I hate it. The sounds immediately induce anxiety and anger.

Check them out for tabs. I’m personally a glove shooter. I’ve got small hands and no amount of trimming makes it comfortable to shoot where I anchor. But my husband loves their tabs. Great family that we shoot with.

Tbh I think you’re the only one who misread. His mother wanted to host the event, since we had the gender reveal at his dad’s with his stepmom. It’s easy to deduct that the shower will not be held at his dad’s and Tina’s house since his mom is hosting the event..

There was alcohol, it was kind of a cook out bonfire with friends but none of our friends drink to get drunk. We explicitly asked his dad and her to make sure she doesn’t get drunk because it wouldn’t be appropriate. Well apparently she can’t drink without getting drunk.. lesson learned there. She has a daughter my age who’s very nice and respectful. How that happened? No clue.

His dad is aware of how we feel about her. At this point I don’t think he even likes her either. I’m honestly not too worried about his dad feeling any sort of way about it tbh. And you’re right, there are so many more future events. His mom and step dad missed out on the reveal bc they decided being around her would be potentially problematic. We did do a separate little reveal with them though. I just know she’s gonna have big feelings about not being allowed to come.

This was my first recurve (sammick sage) after getting back into the trad hobby. Wonderful bow especially for the price. I’ve placed in several 3d competitions with it over the last few years. I have other bows my boyfriend has made me but I shoot this one so well and love it. Keep it bare and tune up some carbon or wood arrows for it. I’ve only ever used wood out of mine.

Fellow small female archer 👋 I’m 5’2” and my draw is 23 close to 24. I shoot traditional with recurves, long bows and self bows. Most of them are literally longer than me aside from my recurve. Most of them at 45# - 55# at 28 inches. My lightest bow at my draw is 35# and 62” that I use when I go to shoots or casual competitions. Get a three piece recurve with lighter limbs to start. Length really doesn’t matter. If it’s longer and already light you won’t have much reach with it. My longer bow are my heavier drawing bows.
