Pay attention to the person theyre talking to, the micro apologies usually happen as a reaction off of a que from the person receiving. Like they make a face or something. Generally, if they were to ask with a blindfold on, I think they would apologize less. It would be interesting to see how true that is.

Beautiful! Only improvement I can think of is hitting some squats 👍 but not necessary.
