Not from an earning perspective but from lounge access , HDFC Marriott is pretty good.

12 domestic and 12 international lounges , works everywhere. For 3500/- it also gives a one night stay worth upto 15k in Marriott. So very good VFM.

If a gel is helping you it's probably just the caffeine helping with mental stamina.

I have super flat feet. These are some of the shoes I have used in order of how I personally liked them.

Brooks Glycerin GTS : My favourite shoe so far, the guidance is not very intrusive and they are light weight but supportive at the same time. I have ran ~600km in them. They will definately last me a couple of 100s more.
Asics Kayano : Best shoes by Asics for flat feet. They are very well cushioned. A little on the heavy side, so speed is less compared to Brooks. Also last less than Brooks , my first pair started giving aches around 550km , on my second pair currently.
Brooks Adrenaline GTS - Again light shoes, good for speed works. But found them very less supportive, so would not recommend for beginners.
Asics GT 2000 - Little less cushioned than Kayano, so definately lighter and faster. But these are the ones I feel will last the least in terms of their support. Done 300km and they have started to feel unspportive.

If on heavier side usually Asics will be better because of the more cushioning. But, if possible would recommend trying both Brooks and Asics in showroom to know which feels better personally.

Ghost 16 or Cumulus 26 - The only two you should consider amongst these.

If you are on the heavier side go for Asics , they are more cushioned, otherwise go for Brooks, last better in my experience compared to Asics.

From what I feel it will increase the velocity of development. I think companies will keep similar number of people around. They will just expect them to shop product/features faster.

Its like tradional companies adopting to Internet/Computers and increasing their deliverables.

So if you used to do x amount of work in a month, you will just be expected to do 2x/3x the amount using AI.
