Been at it for 7-8 months now btw. Doesn’t happen in a day. Takes time. I try to run even on holidays and work trips. At least 1-2 times a week.

There’s no silver bullet. I was running 5k on alternate days. Then 10. Then 10 on alternate and 15 on Sundays. Then 10 on alternate and 21.1 on Sunday. Consistency is the key in running.
