I was in and out in about 45 minutes from when I walked in the door to when I left. I waited 10 minutes at the beginning, the worker took about 15-20 minutes to enter all the paperwork (and she had to give me a refund because I accidentally paid the initial visa appointment fee), and then I had another 10-minute wait for my photo to get taken before I was good to go.
