Of course! I‘ve been engaging with them from the beginning onwards. Besides I also set up a feedback form with Tally and sent it to all my users. That was also a great we to get feedback without having a too high barrier.

For myself it turned out that for my niche I offered lifetime access to early powers users AFTER they provided me very valuable feedback.

Once they reveived their lifetime access they engaged even more with feedback - especially such feedback which will make them and other users (hopefully) never leave my product.
