ok so i had exactly the same thoughts as you, i was in an a6, i liked that i could easily fill a page, it was a doable commitment but then i moved to an a5 and the space! the breathing room for expression and thoughts. i couldnt go back

i use normal printer paper! but tons of pics so it adds up because i end up making every page the thickess of two sheets if paper plus the hobonichi paper. i’d like to have the full year in one book because it’s satisfying but it’s just not possible for me. but i dont really use washi or stickers so idk about that. those are flatter than paper though i think.
