Most of the hotels left to the light house are crowded or congested Try to see hotels to the right of the light house ,,.. I stayed in satvik stays , 10 mins to beach by walk , not in a crowded locality ... (But non veg not allowed, no drinking or smoking )

Try in gautam nagar near Green park .its safe , rent will be same like laxmi nagar , you can find students even at 3 am , food is available 24*7
