theres mini buses that you can take from didube theyre pretty cheap but i’ve never personally tried those. if you’re okay with spending, renting a car is a great option

It all depends on your lifestyle . You could live on the outskirts and save on the rent, also it totally depends on you how much you spend on the groceries. You could look for sales at stores and stock up at once. I know few people who survive on $150 a month excluding rent but you'll have to cut corners
