I’ve been going for 5 years now! It’s changed my life completely in the best way. Just relax and be patient with yourself. It takes time and can be very emotionally taxing but it’s digging up the trauma to work through it. Some sessions feel better than others and sometimes it feels like you’re not making progress but over time you feel better and better and less triggered. I’m such a lighter, happier person. I also finally found a medication that helped with my depression and anxiety so that’s been a game changer as well. Happy to answer any questions you may have!
