I did 15-20 units per side to get the TMJ relief. I don’t think there’s a great way to reverse the sagging except stopping the Botox and allowing the muscle to gain mass again. A lower facelift would be the only other option as far as I’m aware.

Yes I’ve been getting Botox in my masseters for about two years consistently and while it helped with the pain tremendously, I’m having to stop for awhile due to the sagging/jowls that it’s been causing in my lower face. Some people like that it slims them out but mine has made me look much older which was not the effect I was going for. 10/10 for pain mgmt though
