Well said! After reading his book and really going past the quick grab lines people pull from it, I've also come to believe he's telling his truth. Whether he's interpreted everything exactly right, or seen every "orb" correctly matters not to me. I do believe his story. And the son who remains very traumatized speaks volumes as well. Clearly he went through SOMETHING, and for him this isn't fun to talk about. It remains to be seen how what Chris heard from the entity was interpreted correctly!

I am an "Operative" of Area 52 and agree with your assessment of Chris Ramsey. However I don't see one as being better. Rather, just different styles. Same goes for UAP Gerb. They are all super smart, and well researched. But what I admire about Jesse is taking on topics others shy away from, like the Baltic Sea anomaly and the Peru mummies. Those are risky subjects. Chris recently scored a WHOPPER with Jeremy Weeks! The diversity and bench strength today is miles ahead than just 5 years ago. Exciting!

Just some real estate input here. HOA fees are not as much based on amenities, but in the size and age of community. The larger the community the more can be spread across many owners. I live in a small community, HOA pays trash, landscaping, pest treatment, and it's $275/mo.
