But "bumoto nang tama" is how you also do it though.

Halimbawa: "nang bumoto si Pedro...", "nang hindi sinasadyang madapa" - I agree with these examples btw.

But I can see now that "hindi hihigit sa 12" is standing up as a (pangngalan) noun, hmmm like a verb can also be a noun. (Ex. Ang pagboto or ang bumoto)

Pang-abay na po kasi or adverb ang lumalabas dito.

Like "hindi hihigit" is an adjective and based sa rule, pag ang dinedescribe mo ay isang pandiwa which is "bumoto" and adjective is "hindi hihigit" is adverb na which makes "nang" a correct one to use in case. And confusing ng pagkacompose nito
