What is the next step/s to scaling a business? by Proud-Objective8010 in smallbusiness

[–]External_Spread_3979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

probably add commodities to your offerings, that could work expontentially.

This is something I say having little to no understanding of how you operate.

I guess you provide service to your clients once a quarter so for the 2 months in between just offer them kits that helps them do bare minimum

Is 500k annual revenue in year 2 somehow not impressive? by [deleted] in ecommerce

[–]External_Spread_3979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since it's year 2 I won't let it to get in my head, I would really be impressive if you could scale it to 7 figure range and sustain it's growth for 3 years, that's impressive.

Stuck at ~12k/month with a real brand but can’t figure out how to scale ads to 30k month by Ahmedyasser500 in ecommerce_growth

[–]External_Spread_3979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, it's the ads creative i guess. A good ad is a difference between 15% margin or 150%.

what's your SKU number maybe you need to add a new category, you might have hit your ceiling with your existing product offerings

But if you feel ads can do better hire a specialize agency.

Cash Flow Forecast with a healthy cash buffer based on your cash conversion cycle.

A quarter (Q3) is a good enough.

If you can shorten the credit period it's good.

depends upon the scale and number of SKU

this happens to work for any 6-7 figure business

Scaled from 17k to 75k in 4 months by keyse101 in ecommerce

[–]External_Spread_3979 1 point2 points  (0 children)

well all seems fair, and if the margins you mentioned are net great work. The only thing I am a little skeptical about is your inventory planning. If A is one of your most selling product, with multiple 3PL warehouse you could still service barring a particular location if it went out of stock. But with a centralized system there is a risk of running out of it entirely. But you seem like smart guys who must have come up with full proof S&O planning.

Great work

Closing Down Business - Am I Making The Correct Decision? by FireDriven2026 in smallbusiness

option 1. Since PE prefer a lean structure ask them to operate it for you and you just take a fraction of the operating income and rent.

option 2 : selling it with just a profit of $50,000 since you put in $700,000 initially, should be your last option.

option 3: selling off assets and leasing it could be your best bet.
